Dr. Warner has been practicing in Nashville since 1976 when he started his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  He graduated from Cornell University with Distinction where he received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering.  He was a member of the Tau Beta Pi engineering honorary society.  He attended Northwestern University Medical School where he was inducted into the medical honorary society AOA.  He is married and has two children.
